Child's Chinese Tea Set |

This child's tea set reveals a delicate and
elegantly decorated tea cup, sugar bowl and pitcher. The tea cup is broken and missing a
handle. The remaining two items are in mint condition. There are embellished with a
Chinese motif. There are gold rimmed and painted in shades of Pink and Green. The sugar
bowl and creamer each measures 3 and 1.2 inches tall and the words "hand
painted" appear on the bottom of the pieces.

Portable Radio |

This wonderful old radio is in working condition. It is a tube radio and so when you turn it on don't panic you will have to wait for the tubes to "heat up" and then comes that lovely old hum followed by music. This was Zenith's attempt at a "portable" radio. You still had to plug it in but the dial will flip down to become part of the carrying case and the cord tucks inside the carrying case. The carrying case is simulated alligator. The plastic over the flip up dial is cracked but the dial is in perfect working order allowing you to tune into your favorite station and adjust the volume. When the carrying case is opened and the tuning dial flipped up it reveals the speaker which has been covered over with brocade. Zenith called this "The Royalty of Radio". It was build to look royal and it still looks royal today. This will give a vintage touch to any room you place it in. |

This wonderful ANTIQUE primitive hand made slate has a patriotic design. It appears to be circa W.W.I or perhaps even earlier. The craftsperson has taken a piece of flat slate and has framed it and nailed it to a blank for hanging on the wall of a kitchen or more likely a country store. There are hand made wire hooks on the back for hanging the slate. The slate marker hangs from a piece of butcher string and is wrapped in old patriotic paper ( red white and blue stars and stripes) . The piece measures one foot in width and one foot in length. A true piece of preserved Americana. This piece will give an instant vintage look to any home office or kitchen. |

Doctor's Bag |

This classic vintage alligator doctor's bag is the perfect gift for the antique lover or the medical professional. This distinguished medical bag measures 14 inches wide by 9 inches tall. It is covered completely in alligator skin. It has some minor fraying on the corner braiding as befits its age and as shown in the photo. There is a plate with a key hole but the bag is not locked and the key has not survived. There is a brass clasp and the handle is secured by brass rings and is made of alligator. The inside of the bag is soft kid leather. The bottom of the bag is affixed with four brass knob feet which keeps the bag from resting directly on any surface. Stamped into the alligator on the bottom of the bag are the numbers 12-286. This is a rare find. |

English Songs circa 1900- Sheet music of the song The Devoted Apple by Joseph L. Roeckel. This wonderful song was published under the title English Songs by Oliver Ditson Company of New York City. The music itself is complete but the pages are separated and the edges contain some tears as befits it's nearly one hundred years. The front page is a lovely art deco yellow, green and red floral frame with old style English script at the top. At the very top penciled in the edge of the front sheet is the name Miss Schneider. Miss Schneider is a music teacher who taught music in Scranton, Pa. from about 1890 through 1920. The front page is suitable for framing. We have several framed sheet musics in out home and they make wonderful conversation pieces as well as vintage pieces of art. |
